TJORI Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchange 

 

1.    You may return any eligible product you have ordered from Tjori. Eligible products are those which are non-customized and in “unused” condition. Products from the CLEARANCE section cannot be returned. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return, prior to purchasing it. Some items might be reserved under the No Refund section. It will be clearly mentioned in the product info if it falls in that catrgory. 

2.    You may exchange any eligible product you have ordered. Eligible products are those which are non-customized/non-stitched. 

3.    Customized products can be sent back for re-sizing but cannot be returned or exchanged for another product.

4.    Please make sure to retain the paper invoice (BILL) that we would have sent with your order if you want to return/exchange an item. If you have misplaced the paper invoice, you will have a copy your email. Please take a print-out and keep it ready.

5.    If your item can be returned/exchanged, you need to send an email to support@tjori.com with your request within 14 days of delivery date. Any requests post 14 days will not be entertained.

 6.   Our customer care needs to be contacted with an email within 14 days for your request to be reviewed. We request you to follow the following structure in the email to help us serve you promptly.

-Subject should be RETURN/EXCHANGE according to your request

-Include your name, Order number, pick-up address and reason for return/exchange.

 7.   Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up from your residence (or an alternate address of your convenience) within 2 days. Although we have partnered with local and national courier services to expand our geographical reach, there are some pin codes which are not serviced by the pickup system. Based on the pick-up address you mention in your return/exchange request, we will inform you if your location is serviced. Along with your cooperation we will try our best to arrange for an alternate solution in case such a situation arises!

 8.   Please keep the products packaged in the original box along with the paper invoice stuck on top. The courier team conducting the pickup will give you a receipt after pickup, please retain that.

 9.   We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.

 10.  Refunds or Tjori Credits will be processed after the goods have been received in case of returns.

 11.  We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  12.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if you receive any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 13.  If you believe you have received an item in error or a defective piece, please immediately Email Us so that we can assist you.

 14. The stipulated shipping period varies for different goods. The shipping time is mentioned on the product page. Should you need any additional details, feel free to contact us at support@tjori.com

 15.  Items marked Final Sale cannot be Returned/Exchanged.

 16.  All CLEARANCE items are sold as priced. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.

 17.  All returns are subject to the discretion of Tjori’s Team.

 18.  All refunds will be made online within 7-10 working days.
