WHAT IS TJORI’S RETURN POLICY?
Our mission is to make you fall in love with what you have ordered. In case, you are disappointed, feel free to return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ by dropping us an email within 14 days of delivery, for free. And in case your order does not arrive at the stipulated time, feel free to contact our team and we will get it sorted out, asap! Please check our Return policy page for further details.

Our official hours of operation are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Business Hours). However, in case of any query outside business hours, we would respond within 24 hours.

HOW DO I REMOVE SOMETHING FROM MY CART?
Of course, the entire set might not appeal to you. We understand. So, we make it easy for you to mix and match, choose and drop. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 499 (in India)/ $200 (Outside India)! However for orders below the stipulated amount we would charge Rs. 75 / $9.99 shipping charge (depending on the destination to be shipped)
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Shipping addresses can always be added, removed and edited on your Account Information page. You can also edit your shipping information at check-out.
