Kumkumadi is the classic Ayurvedic glow oil – saffron (kumkuma) steeped with herbs in a sesame base – and this is URTTH’s lightweight, fast-absorbing version: saffron oil and 25 herbs including Dashmoola, in a 20 ml amber glass bottle with a dropper. Two drops at night, massaged in after cleansing, is the whole routine. It is the serum we recommend for dullness, uneven tone and the first fine lines; most people notice brighter skin in two weeks and a more even tone in six to eight.

Dull, tired or uneven skin; post-tan darkening; early fine lines; anyone who wants one simple night step instead of five. Suitable for all skin types including oily – it absorbs rather than sitting on the skin.
How to use
Night: cleanse, then massage 1–2 drops over the face and neck. Day: 1 drop under moisturiser or sunscreen. Pair with the saffron under eye gel for dark circles, or get both with the papaya pack in the Full Face Care Regime.

Can I use Kumkumadi serum every day? Yes, nightly. In the day, use under sunscreen.
Is it heavy or greasy? No – 1–2 drops absorb in a minute.
Does it suit oily or acne-prone skin? Yes in small quantity; for active breakouts use the cinnamon spot gel on the spots and the serum elsewhere.
