How to choose a dupatta

With a printed kurta: a plain or lightly embroidered Kota dupatta in a colour lifted from the print. With a plain kurta or suit: an Ajrakh, block-print or chintz dupatta carries the pattern. For festive wear: organza or modal silk with tassels. Weight: Kota and organza are sheer and drape light; cotton and modal silk have more body.
