At 41 inches they sit at the ankle on a 5'7" frame, which is the length that works under both short kurtis and long kurtas – the one white pant that replaces three.

Tjori's straight cotton pants come in white, black, beige and maroon, all XS–XXXL. White is the only one with the embroidered hem, which makes it the dressiest of the four – the pair for printed and embroidered kurtas, pooja and daytime festive wear. Care
Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash; wash whites separately; no bleach (it yellows the embroidery thread); dry in shade; iron on medium while slightly damp.

No. The cotton is an opaque cambric-weight weave; you can wear them without a slip, including in daylight.
Which white pants go with a kurti?

Do they shrink?
Pre-washed cotton; expect at most 2–3% on the first cold wash, which the 41" length allows for.
