About Bagh print
Bagh is a village in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, whose printers use natural dyes – alum for red, iron for black – and wash the cloth in the Baghini river between stages. Red and black on cream is the signature; the floral jaal distinguishes it from Ajrakh's geometry.
